5-WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE

Most gyms throw beginners in the deep end. We don’t.
Join our structured, rolling-entry beginners programme designed to give new students and returning white belts the foundation they need to start BJJ properly.

✔ Access to an HD recording of the course curriculum + documents

✔ Regular 1-1 check-ins with our black belt coaches

class schedule

5-Week Beginner class times:

  • No Gi every Tuesday and Thursday - 6:00–7:00pm

  • Gi every Saturday - 10:00–11:00am

  • No need to wait for a start date. Our beginner course runs on a rolling-entry basis, so you can begin your journey whenever you're ready.

  • To graduate, you’ll need to attend two classes per week for five weeks. Most students choose Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with Saturday’s Gi class as a bonus.

COURSE CURRICULUM

  • Before the course: Zero-cost, Informative Orientation

  • Week 1: Safety Basics & Practical Self-Defense

  • Week 2: Dominant Positions, Concepts and Escapes

  • Week 3: The Basics of Guard, Sweeps and Submissions

  • Week 4: Transitions and Takedowns, Essential Submissions

  • Week 5: Final Drills & Assessment, More Sparring, Graduation & Progression
