Most gyms throw beginners in the deep end. We don’t.
Join our structured, rolling-entry beginners programme designed to give new students and returning white belts the foundation they need to start BJJ properly.

5-Week Beginner class times:
No Gi every Tuesday and Thursday - 6:00–7:00pm
Gi every Saturday - 10:00–11:00am
No need to wait for a start date. Our beginner course runs on a rolling-entry basis, so you can begin your journey whenever you're ready.
To graduate, you’ll need to attend two classes per week for five weeks. Most students choose Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with Saturday’s Gi class as a bonus.

Week 1: Safety Basics & Practical Self-Defense
Week 2: Dominant Positions, Concepts and Escapes
Week 3: The Basics of Guard, Sweeps and Submissions
Week 4: Transitions and Takedowns, Essential Submissions
Week 5: Final Drills & Assessment, More Sparring, Graduation & Progression
