2. Membership, Billing, Cancellations and Refunds

  • 2.1 Memberships are billed fortnightly from the date you join. Your billing date will remain the same day of the week every two weeks.

  • 2.2 Payment must be received within two days of the billing date or your membership will be suspended until payment is made in full.

  • 2.3 We require two weeks’ written notice to info@melbournegrappling.com.au for freezes or cancellations. Requests cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • 2.4 Membership freezes are available for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of twelve weeks.

  • 2.6 No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

  • 2.7 If you give notice less than two weeks before your next billing date, you will be charged for the next full billing cycle.

  • 2.8 No refunds will be given for change of mind, missed classes, or unused portions of a billing period.

  • 2.9 New Member Money-Back Guarantee: If you are a new member and do not feel you have improved as a grappler during your first 14 days of training, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first membership period with MGA and cannot be used more than once per person.
